Student Support Services

It is the goal of the Custer School District to ensure all students have equitable access to education and the support they need to succeed. The Custer School District’s Comprehensive Special Services include:

  • Special Education: Provides individualized instruction and support for students with disabilities through IEP’s (Individualized Education Programs), tailored to meet their unique learning needs.

  • 504 Planning: Offers accommodations and modifications for students with disabilities who do not require specialized instruction but need support to access the general education curriculum.

  • McKinney-Vento Services: Assists students experiencing homelessness by ensuring immediate school enrollment, transportation, and access to educational resources to promote stability and academic continuity.

Together, these services provide a coordinated framework to support the diverse needs of all learners.
